The following is a complete schedule of fishing and
other activities during your stay with us at Boat
Harbour. Many of you have participated in the past,
for our newcomers, this tournament is about serious,
honest competitive fishing combined with some serious
socializing.
We have included all major events and costs in your
entry fee, however be sure to check with the marina
and/or hotel for proper registration and additional
credit requirements as needed. The Boat Harbour staff
is outstanding and committed to making sure your visit
is enjoyable.
Tuesday, May 6th, 2008
12:00 noon to 4:00 pm:
Tournament Registration and distribution of tournament
bags and owner’s bags as well as Calcutta pool
sign-ups and welcome cocktails at Below Decks (Ask
for directions at the Marina Front Desk)
6:00 pm: Captains Meeting.
6:15 pm: Kick-off Cocktail Party.
7:00 pm: Welcome Dinner
Wednesday, May 7th, 2008
8:00 am to 4:00 pm: First Day of Fishing
6:00 pm:Cocktail Party
7:00 pm: Deluxe dinner buffet, cocktails and entertainment.
Thursday, May 8th, 2008
8:00 am to 4:00 pm: Second Day of Fishing
6:30 pm:Beach Party - Theme Night, cockails, hors d' oeuvres, dinner
and entertainment at the tournament tent.
Friday, May 9th, 2008
LAY DAY
1:00 pm: Shotgun Barbeque Blast
Open Night: Dinner at your favorite spot.
Saturday, May 10th, 2008
8:00 am to 3:00 pm:Third and Final Day of Fishing
6:30 pm:Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dinner
entertainment, awards presentation and banquet in the tournament tent.
Sunday, May 11th, 2008
Departure Day or stay and enjoy Marsh Harbour and the nearby Islands, breakfast will be available in the Anglers Bar & Grill.
